In my first episode, I talk to Olympian, Arjuna Awardee, and my good friend Rehan Poncha. Rehan represented India in swimming at the 2008 Beijing Olympics after which he retired from the sport. Soon after, he decided to take up a new sport: golf. Outside of training to become a pro golfer, Rehan is a travel enthusiast and has written about his adventures in several publications, including Condé Nast Traveller and ET Panache. He is also a corporate speaker, inspiring business leaders with his lessons from sport. He also mentors young athletes to reach their full potential, offering numerous workshops and consulting sessions.
In the episode we talk about perseverance in the face of challenges, overcoming setbacks, asking for what you deserve, and life lessons we learned from swimming. Click below to listen to the full episode.
